On-SITE has created Referral Reward Bucks™ as a way for our customers to earn service dollar credits simply by referring friends and family. Referral Rewards can be redeemed toward the costs of any service offered by On-SITE within 12 months of issue. This program is easy to implement, just follow the following steps. 1. Contact On-SITE (use Info Request form or by telephone: 248-684-2172) to register and receive your Referral Identification (RI) number, qualifying you for the program. 2. When referring friends or family to On-SITE, give them your RI number and have them call us for a free service review and estimate. 3. Record your referrals for future reference, making note of what resulted in Referral Rewards. 4. Contact On-SITE to advise of the referral so we can provide prompt follow-up.
Should your referral result in a minimum of a 3-month maintenance agreement for residential or a 6-month maintenance agreement for commercial, you will receive a $60 or $75 reward credit respectively. All other agreements will earn you a $10 reward credit*. Credits are redeemable within 1 year from date of issue.
Use your service credit dollars immediately or save them for any cleaning service offered by On-SITE.
