On-SITE is pleased to announce it's relationship with SAJO, a Montreal based international construction company, to provide final clean-up of key construction sites starting with their new and remodel projects for Apple Computer.  Supporting United States and Canada regions, On-SITE dispatches team lead technicians to the job sites and executes cleaning processes that address millwork, limestone, vinyl, stainless steel, and electronic substrates.  Youtz, president of On-SITE, commented "being selected to support requirements for SAJO further supports our philosophy of quality and professionalism our business is built upon."  Being a premier organization that SAJO has identified to support their construction operations was reinforced in a conversation overheard by On-SITE's banker when a SAJO project manager instructed a site superintendent "On-SITE is the only cleaning company to be used for your job; keep them onsite as long as it takes!"

In an effort to continue providing package services to our customers, On-SITE announced a cooperative venture with GDT Painting, LLC, adding over 25 years of painting experience to current On-SITE talent.  This move enhances the touch-up and repair service with an extensive "complete structure" service as well as the addition of wall paper removal and hanging.  Reflecting over the discussions leading to this venture, Youtz commented "the On-SITE marketing network will supplement a much needed sales effort for GDT painting in exchange for experienced labor."  Together the venture expects a substantial increase in the interior roller/brush and exterior spray painting business.  Additionally, Youtz stated "there aren't many paper hanging organizations willing to cross the residential/commercial lines in providing an overall service solution."  Solution service is the focal point of all On-SITE's services.
